- Có tem chứng nhận hợp quy dán trên vỏ hộp.
- Đánh số serial vào ô dưới trên và hiện lên dòng chữ : “Đây là phiên bản quốc tế dành cho thị trường Việt Nam, được bảo hành 12 tháng”.
Sản phẩm được bảo hành 12 tháng.
Các lỗi của nhà sản xuất đựơc bảo hành 1 đổi 1 trong suốt thời gian bảo hành.
Khi đến bảo hành khách hàng cần mang theo sản phẩm & phụ kiện ( cáp, adaptor…)

- Không phải phiên bản quốc tế do Aurora phân phối.
- Sản phẩm bị rơi vỡ, sứt mẻ, gãy…do tác động vật lý
- Sản phẩm bị nước vào, bị ẩm.
- Sản phẩm cháy, nổ do chập điện.
- Do lỗi của đừơng truyền hoặc thiết bị kết nối virus máy tính.
